Enjoying Joyful Moments——KUNLONG 2023 All-staff Team Building Activities

Shangkun held a grand team-building event on July 1st and 2nd with the theme of "Communication, Unity, and Joy" in Sanshui, Foshan. The purpose of this team-building activity was to strengthen team cohesion, improve employee cooperation, alleviate work pressure, and provide an unforgettable joyful experience for everyone. The event was filled with laughter, challenges, and team spirit, injecting new vitality into the company's culture.

Prior to the event, we engaged in team-building exercises and organized a team-building kickoff ceremony. All employees gathered together to take an oath, "Self-driven, Dedication and dreaming for success" Following that, we arranged two distinctive activities for team building: Frisbee Carnival and Curling. The Frisbee Carnival fostered cooperation and harmony among the employees, while Dryland Curling challenged their intelligence and teamwork. Throughout these activities, everyone constantly pushed their limits, displaying high spirits and enthusiasm!

After an afternoon of recreational activities, we enjoyed a sumptuous outdoor barbecue. There were over a dozen grills with charcoal fires, offering a variety of ingredients. Amidst laughter and joy, everyone savored the delicious food, their faces beaming with smiles. Once everyone had their fill, we gathered around for a bonfire party. Mr. Fang, the CEO, delivered an impassioned speech during the party, raising his hands to high-five each person around the bonfire, instantly igniting the atmosphere.

The activities scheduled for the second day were water-based recreational sports, allowing the employees to enjoy the coolness and fun of water sports, and to relax. Despite the heavy rain pouring down, it couldn't extinguish the passion in everyone's hearts, and they continued to have a great time.

Each activity in this team-building event was carefully designed to cater to the interests and abilities of the employees, enabling everyone to cooperate and work together, showcasing the power of teamwork. Throughout the event, the employees actively participated, displaying boundless enthusiasm and energy. Together, they overcame challenges, learned to listen to one another, and deepened their understanding and trust. In the team competitions, each group strived for every point, not only demonstrating team cohesion but also showcasing the company's strength and the ability to collaborate as a team.

This team-building activity was not just an opportunity for entertainment and relaxation, but also brought valuable lessons and insights to the company. We recognized the importance of teamwork, understood the power that comes from mutual trust and support, and learned how to coordinate and communicate better in our work. These lessons will have a positive impact on our future work, bringing better development opportunities for our team.
