The National Day of the People's Republic of China is celebrated every year in October 1st.
In October 1st, 1949, is the anniversary of the founding of new China. In October 2nd, 1949, the Central People's government through the "national day of the people's Republic of China on the resolution", stipulated that every year October 1st is the national day, and to this day as the announcement of the people's Republic of China was founded. From then on, every year in October 1st to celebrate Chinese National Day
This year, the Mid-Autumn Festival meets National day and we can celebrate 2 festivals together.
