Die-casting workshop

Equipment for making molds , these are Electrical Discharge Machining ( EDM ) , the larger one is CNC850 machining center , which only for mold making . This one is CNC engraving and milling machine . Others are grinding machines and milling machines , for plastic mold, zinc alloy product model, aluminum alloy mold ‘s production. Can produce 20 sets of mold / month , and the maximum production weight can be 10 tons.

Production Equipment : one injection molding machine which weight is 110 tons,  one zinc die-casting machine which weight is 88 tons,  we also have an 200 tons aluminum die-casting machine , which in our old factory .

Die-casting plant mainly for the production of plastic mold, zinc alloy die-casting mold, aluminum die-casting mold and other molds, but also for the production of injection products, die-casting zinc alloy products, die-casting aluminum products,like stamping workshop, divided into two parties which are  mold production and supporting technology Production .
